    This offer is void where prohibited. In order to receive the closing cost perk or any other benefit, the homebuyer(s) must work with the licensed real estate broker referred by CoNewBuild (affiliated agent) to contract and close on a new build home with an approved builder in the State of Colorado. The CoNewBuild affiliated agent must be the agent/broker of record on the transaction and receive a full commission from the builder in order to receive the closing cost perk. The closing cost perk is earned when the transaction closes, not when it is contracted. CoNewBuild and it affiliates can, at their sole discretion, end, alter, or change this program at any time for any reason.
